Kathy Nardone

Kathy Nardone has extensive experience in training and consulting, currently serving as a Training Consultant in the Change Solutions Group at Alight Solutions since May 1997. In this role, Kathy develops training strategies and solutions focused primarily on Workday, while also possessing expertise in other technologies such as PeopleSoft, CornerstoneOnDemand, and Taleo. Prior to Alight Solutions, Kathy worked at Hewitt Associates for over 20 years, beginning as a Recruiting Specialist and advancing to a Training/Project Manager role, where Kathy designed and conducted soft skills training. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned between 1986 and 1991.
