Kellee Eavenson

Kellee Eavenson has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Kellee started their career at Aon Hewitt in 1995 as a Quality Assurance Analyst and went on to hold several roles within the company, including Quality Assurance Manager, System Analyst, System Integration Test Designer/Project Manager, Senior Quality Assurance Manager, and Delivery Group Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing testing efforts, developing test strategies, and leading teams. Kellee also worked as a Lead Systems Analyst Advanced, Benefits Implementation Manager/Domain Manager, responsible for client consulting and managing annual enrollment planning. In 2011, Kellee Eavenson became a Senior Director at Aon Hewitt, leading product development and managing a global team. Kellee joined Alight Solutions in 2015 as a Senior Director of Information Technology and served in various leadership roles such as Vice President - IT Integration Services, Senior Director Information Technology, and Vice President Information Technology. In their recent roles at Alight Solutions, they focused on IT integration, M&A responsibilities, workplace engagement, and innovation programs.
