Michael Snyder

Michael Snyder is currently the Director of Alight LumenAI Engineering at Alight Solutions, where they lead teams in delivering AI-powered user assistance features and developing machine learning infrastructure across the enterprise. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Product Management for Alight Worklife, overseeing product architecture and agile transformation efforts. Michael's extensive experience includes a tenure as Principal Product Manager for the Percipio platform at Skillsoft, where they established product vision and managed third-party integrations. They also held roles as a Solution Architect and Technical Program Manager, contributing to various technology-driven initiatives in the education and corporate sectors. Michael earned a BA in English, Secondary Education from SUNY Geneseo and an MS in Software Development and Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
