Mike C.

Mike C. has a diverse background in testing and analysis, with significant experience in leadership roles across several companies. Starting as a Technical Support Manager at Trade Area Systems, Inc., from April 2011 to December 2014, Mike transitioned to Citizens Bank as an IS Forensic Analyst and later served as Portfolio Testing Manager for Digital Channels and Consumer Lending from December 2014 to March 2016. Following this, Mike held various positions at MassMutual between September 2022 and May 2023, including Product Owner for Strategy and Insights and Test Lead for Workplace Solutions and Financial Professionals Experience. Currently, Mike serves as the Director and Head of the Testing Center of Excellence at Alight Solutions since May 2023. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics from the Penn State Smeal MBA Program.
