Mike Fleck

Mike Fleck is an accomplished strategist and ecosystem leader with extensive experience in the HR, HCM, and Insurtech industries. Currently serving as SVP of Advisory Partners at Alight Solutions, they focus on enhancing client outcomes through innovative partnerships. Previously, Fleck held various leadership roles at organizations such as Businessolver, ADP, and COLT HR, where they demonstrated a talent for business development and team collaboration. Their career began with service as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Navy, where they honed their leadership skills. Fleck is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California.
