Mitchell Lee

Mitchell Lee is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in implementing multi-million dollar projects in the benefits domain. Currently serving as the Sr Director of the Client Implementation Group at Alight Solutions, they lead a team of approximately 400 resources to deliver comprehensive benefit programs for large market clients. Previously, Mitchell worked as an Implementation Manager at Aon Hewitt, where they managed all aspects of benefits outsourcing implementations. They began their career as an Implementation Analyst at MCI after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
