Pascal Navez has extensive experience in operations management and human resources development. Starting as a Sales & Technical Advisor at AVESTA SHEFFIELD from 1992 to 1998, focusing on high-quality steels projects, Pascal transitioned to ISS Facility Services from 1998 to 2007 as Branch Manager and HR Development Manager, overseeing operational teams and human capital recruitment. Following that, Pascal served as HR Project Manager at IRIS Group from 2007 to 2012, and later coordinated change projects at Rhodia Operations (Groupe Solvay) between 2014 and 2015. In 2013, Pascal completed training in payroll management at Ecole Française de Comptabilité.
