Ryan Steele

Ryan Steele has a strong background in various leadership roles. Ryan worked as a Vice President of Global PMO at Alight Solutions, where they focused on continuous improvement, change management, and strategic alignment. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Uptake, including Head of Operations and Delivery, Head of Engineering, General Manager Fleet Product, and VP of Global Operations. During their time at Uptake, they led teams, improved revenue, and oversaw various aspects of the business. Before Uptake, Ryan worked at Echo Global Logistics as a Sr. Integration Analyst, EDI Coordinator, and Account Manager. Ryan also has experience at AT&T as an Account Manager. Overall, Ryan's work experience demonstrates their expertise in leadership, operations, engineering, and account management.

Ryan Steele attended Ball State University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained their undergraduate degree in Information Systems from the Miller College of Business. Later, in 2006 and 2007, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information and Communication Sciences at Ball State University.
