Seth Cotner is currently the Director of Operations at Alight Solutions, a position held since 2013. Prior to this, Seth served as Chief Operating Officer at BlueLine Associates from 2011 to 2013 and was a VP - IT Business Consultant / Master Black Belt at BB&T from 2008 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Seth was the Director of Customer Excellence / Certified Black Belt at Fidelity Investments from 2001 to 2008. Seth is also pursuing education at Franklin Pierce College.
