Customer Care Location Leader

Staci Covington has over two decades of experience in customer service and management roles, starting with Aon Hewitt from April 1998 to December 2006 as a Customer Service Cluster Manager and later as a Customer Service Client Manager II. Covington has been with Alight Solutions since April 1998, currently serving as a Customer Care Location Leader. Additional experience includes a role as a Performance Improvement Manager at Aon from August 2015 to 2017 and as a Math Teacher at Klein ISD from August 2007 to October 2011. Staci Covington holds a degree in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
