Steve Chesser

Steve Chesser is an accomplished HR Services Customer Care Manager at Alight Solutions, where responsibilities include leading a team of up to 30 HR Service members across multiple locations. Since joining Alight in April 2017, Steve has also served as the Onsite Manager for a temporary assignment in the Philippines, supporting over 90 business travelers. Prior to Alight, Steve was a BPO Customer Service Manager at Aon Hewitt for 14 years, focusing on team performance improvement and customer service delivery. Steve began a career in human resources as a specialist in client onboarding and benefits administration, complemented by call center experience. Education includes an MBA in Business Marketing from Sam Houston State University and a BA in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
