Brian Hatton is a seasoned M&A sell-side strategist and business advisor, currently serving as the Mergers and Acquisitions Director at Align Business Advisory Services. With a solid foundation in operations from their time at State Farm Insurance, Brian has held key positions including Chief Operating Officer at MDR & Associates and Chairman at BAH Capital LLC, where they launched a private platform for Acquisitions and Divestitures. They successfully oversaw significant transactions and established strong industry relationships, contributing to the growth of multiple organizations.
