Andy Rhea

Andrew Rhea is the President of Align Risk Solutions, and also serves as the Managing Director of Captive Management Services at ICG Captive Services, LLC. Prior to this, Andrew was an Assistant General Counsel at the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, and a Special Assistant Attorney General at the Mississippi Attorney General's Office. Andrew's educational background includes a JD from the University of Mississippi School of Law, an MBA from Mississippi State University, and a BBA from Mississippi State University.
