James Van Dusen is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and estimation. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Align Builders since August 2022, James previously held the position of Senior Estimator at SCS INC from January 2021 to August 2022, where strategic partnerships with A-Level general contractors and public agencies were formed. Prior roles include Project Manager and Strategic Partner Representative at Ground Control Systems, where successful distribution partnerships were established across the Pacific Northwest, and various estimator roles that contributed to significant sales revenue in the Southern California territory. James also has a strong background in operational management, having served as Warehouse Manager, where system improvements resulted in a safety record of over six years without incidents. James holds a degree from Yuba College.
