Ben Harrison is a seasoned Solution Consulting and Value Advisory Executive with a strong focus on people-first leadership. They began their career as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting from 1998 to 2000, and later excelled at Infor as a Senior Presales Solution Consultant, achieving Top Presales Consultant three out of four years. After notable tenures at Kronos and UKG where Ben held various leadership roles, including VP of Global Presales Operations, they now serve as SVP Sales & Marketing at Align HCM since 2025.
