Mike Emsley

Mike Emsley is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in workforce management and digital transformation. Currently serving as President & COO and Chief Strategy Officer at Align HCM since May 2021, Mike has also held significant roles at Bain & Company as Vice President of Business Development and Cost Transformation Solutions, and at McKinsey & Company as a Digital Expert Associate Partner. Mike's career includes a pivotal role in merging WFM 2.0 with Workforce Insight, where leadership contributed to six years of substantial growth. Earlier experiences include founding WFM 2.0, building a strategic consulting practice at Axsium Group, and working in solutions strategy at HEB Grocery. Mike's foundational career began at Arthur Andersen, focusing on IT integrations, bolstered by an MBA in Information Systems and Organizational Behavior from the Schulich School of Business.
