Digil Balan

Digil Balan is an experienced operations professional with a career spanning over 16 years in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the General Manager Operations and Business Head at ALIGN STAFFING SOLUTIONS since December 2017, Digil has also held the position of Business and Operations Head for EXPO2020. Prior experience includes working as the National Operations Manager and Manager Operations Support at Qurum Business Group from March 2011 to November 2017, where responsibilities included developing and monitoring operations policies and managing customer relationships. Earlier in the career, Digil served as Operations Coordinator at G4S International, focusing on maintaining ISO standards for operational documentation. Educational credentials include a graduation degree in Biochemistry from Periyar University.
