Adeel Sharon

Adeel Sharon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Integration, Identity and Messaging at Align Technology since June 2018. This role involves overseeing multiple teams focused on Enterprise Integration, messaging, API management, and customer identity and access management, as well as a DevOps team. Adeel has a strong background in digital transformation, having led teams to implement strategies and governance models utilizing Lean, Agile, and DevOps methodologies. Prior to Align Technology, Adeel held positions at West Corporation as Lead of Systems Engineering & Architecture, where significant contributions included architecting an internal cloud using Docker and Kubernetes, and at Highmark Inc. as Engineering Manager and Lead Architect, where Adeel was instrumental in developing a cloud-based healthcare portal. Earlier experience includes roles at TCS and an internship at IIT Guwahati, alongside a B Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
