Andres E. Salazar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Invisalign® Treatment Planning at Align Technology since May 2017, Andres has held several key positions within the company, including Vice President roles in operations and treatment planning for both Americas and Asia Pacific. Prior to Align Technology, Andres was Vice President of Manufacturing Operations for Sports Medicine & ENT at Smith & Nephew and served as Vice President Operations & General Manager at Arthrocare. Andres's career began at Intel Corporation, where significant roles included Factory Manager and Product Engineering Manager. Early experience includes positions in quality assurance and engineering at Chiquita and Motorola Costa Rica. Andres holds a Licentiate in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) and completed management studies at IPADE Business School.
