Aya L. is an experienced leader in IT and operational procurement, currently serving as Director of Delivery & Program Management at Align Technology since 2022, where responsibilities include managing project managers and ensuring successful IT infrastructure transformations. Prior to this role, Aya held positions at Teva, including Sr. Director and Head of Global IT Operations and Procurement, where notable achievements included implementing IT project portfolio management and driving cost reduction initiatives. With a strong background in indirect procurement, Aya successfully established procurement functions and led cost reduction programs at Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD. Earlier career milestones include procurement management roles at Orange, Microsoft R&D, and Leumi Card - MAX. Aya holds a BA in Sociology & Anthropology from Tel Aviv University and completed a Directors Course at the Coller School of Management.
