Cansu Alp

Cansu Alp is an experienced marketing and sales professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing for the UK and Ireland at Align Technology since June 2016. Over the years, Cansu Alp has held several key positions within Align Technology, contributing to significant growth in the orthodontics sector, including leading the Ortho Channel strategy with a $1 billion business that achieved over 50% year-on-year growth. Cansu Alp played a pivotal role in launching the Invisalign portfolio, driving a 40% increase in sales, and successfully introduced innovations targeted at the teen market. Prior to Align Technology, Cansu Alp worked at Enactus, where leadership was demonstrated by launching a social startup, and at KPMG as a Strategy Consulting Associate, where market research and strategic recommendations were provided for multinational companies. Cansu Alp holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Sabanci University and a Master’s degree from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
