Egemen Senoglu

Egemen Senoglu is a Senior Customer Success Specialist at Align Technology, where they leverage their extensive experience in customer service and project management. Previously, as a Project Team Lead at Ascensos, Egemen managed a team of over 50 members and implemented workflow improvements to enhance efficiency. They also held roles as a Customer Experience Specialist at Ascensos and a Digital Marketing Intern at Listonic, where they focused on social media metrics and content creation. Egemen earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a second major in Sociology from Istanbul Bilgi University and is currently participating in the Erasmus+ Academic Exchange Program at the University of Lodz.
