Eran Ishay is the R&D Director at Align Technology, where they lead the development of multidisciplinary products involving hardware, software, mechanics, and optics. Ishay has extensive experience managing both small and large-scale R&D projects and teams. Previously, they served as VP of R&D at Expanding Orthopedics Inc. and held various R&D management positions at Orbotech. Eran earned a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
