Faithe Hart possesses extensive experience in talent management and organizational transformation across diverse industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent at Align Technology since 2016, Faithe is responsible for developing talent strategies to enhance the organization's global presence. Prior experience includes leading global HR business partner teams and talent management at Allscripts, where strategic direction was provided to support healthcare solutions. Faithe has also contributed to Fortune 500 companies through organizational transformation consulting at Deloitte and achieved operational efficiencies at Carquest Auto Parts in various leadership roles. Faithe Hart holds a BA in Psychology from Salem College, an MEd in Counseling, and is ABD for an EdD in Training & Development from North Carolina State University.
