Gal Ovadia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design and technical support. Currently serving as a Service NPI - Professional Service Engineer at Align Technology since June 2019, responsibilities include managing marketing releases, supporting server deployments, and enhancing knowledge transfer to higher-tier support and training teams.
