Gino Shay is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in component engineering and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Components Engineer at Align Technology since November 2021, Gino has also held various roles at Kramer Electronics LTD, including Component Engineer and NPI Engineer, since November 2014. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Covidien from October 2002 to November 2014 as a Configuration and Electronics Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed change analysis and NPI leadership. Gino's earlier experience includes a role as a Practical Engineer at Intel between October 1997 and September 2002. Gino holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ariel University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
