Hieu Le is a seasoned technology operations leader with extensive experience in driving operational improvements and strategic initiatives in global software and enterprise engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Technology Operations at Align Technology, Hieu oversees offshore development centers globally while ensuring alignment with corporate strategies. Previous roles include Commercial Director for Vietnam, where Hieu established the company's market presence, and APAC CIO, responsible for achieving significant business growth through innovative technology solutions. Additional experience includes senior positions focused on IT infrastructure and operations at Align Technology, ARM, Inc., and Altera. Hieu holds a BA in Business Economics from UCLA and an MS in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
