Jerry Pruitt

Jerry Pruitt has extensive experience in tax and finance, serving as V.P. Tax & Treasury at Align Technology, Inc. from August 2011 to present, and previously in the same role at Harmonic from April 2000 to July 2011. Jerry also held the position of Tax Director at Lehigh Cement from May 1989 to April 2000. Jerry Pruitt retired in August 2020. Educationally, Jerry earned a Master's degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University between 1983 and 1985.
