Kristen Wassmann

Kristen Wassmann currently serves as Senior Director of US Commercial Finance at Align Technology, a role attained after a promotion from Director in 2022. Kristen leads strategic operations and P&L management for the US Invisalign and iTero business units, providing financial oversight and advice to the US General Manager. Prior to this, Kristen held the position of Senior Manager in Americas Finance Strategy, overseeing revenue forecasting and the budgeting lifecycle for North and South America. Earlier experience includes roles at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. as Lead and Senior Analyst in Revenue Management, where Kristen managed strategic pricing for multiple vessels and led a team responsible for over $500 million in revenue. Kristen holds a Certificate of Leadership & Management from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics and Hospitality Management from Florida State University.
