Mariusz Szelachowski

Mariusz Szelachowski is a seasoned business leader currently serving as the Director of iTero Operations EMEA at Align Technology. With a strong background in operations management, Mariusz held the position of Director Business Area Poland at Midroc, overseeing multiple manufacturing plants and full P&L responsibilities. Prior to this, Mariusz gained extensive experience managing lean initiatives and continuous improvement at SC Johnson and Sonoco. Mariusz earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and holds a Master’s degree in Automatics, Robotics, and Mechanical Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology.
