Nika Muradyan is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Align Technology since July 2025, following a similar role at ServiceTitan Armenia from October 2020 to July 2025. With extensive experience in identifying and attracting top talent, Nika has successfully managed full-life cycle recruitment processes, built strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, and enhanced employer branding efforts. Prior to these roles, Nika worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at HIRECLOUT, facilitating connections between candidates and client companies such as PlayStation and Uber.
