Pearline Teo

Pearline Teo serves as the APAC Talent Management/L&D HR Program Leader at Align Technology since 2019, specializing in supporting business transformation and growth through talent management and development initiatives. Prior to this role, Pearline held the position of Director at AshtonMarc from 2012 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing, training, and recruiting for various multinational companies across diverse industries. Pearline's earlier experience as General Manager at Hughes-Castell from 2005 to 2011 involved managing and training a team in Singapore while overseeing the performance of the office in the South Asia region. Pearline holds a Bachelor of Laws - LLB (Hons) from the University of Leicester and a Master of Laws - LLM from the National University of Singapore.
