Roman Bushmanov

Roman Bushmanov is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in both managerial and technical roles across notable companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Align Technology since April 2018, Roman oversees a team focused on enhancing software products for orthodontics, emphasizing collaboration with clinical experts and the optimization of 3D algorithms. Prior to this role, Roman was a Team Leader and Product Owner at Sberbank-Technology, where responsibilities included leading a team of engineers and making critical architectural decisions.
