Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Clinical Digital Education at Align Technology, Russell specializes in enterprise learning ecosystems and has a proven track record in overseeing the development and implementation of training programs. Previous roles include managing enablement programs and learning management systems at Nutanix, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, and Grifols, where they consistently enhanced learner experiences through innovative training solutions. Russell holds a degree in Communication and Media Studies from Appalachian State University.
