Sariyah Dahir

Sariyah Dahir is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition for Align Technology in the US and Canada, Sariyah previously held positions such as Senior Manager and Manager of Talent Acquisition within the same organization. Prior to Align Technology, Sariyah worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Eaton and as a Corporate Recruiter for CARQUEST. Early career experiences include roles at PepsiCo, where Sariyah was a Campus-Conference Recruiting Representative and Senior Human Resources Coordinator. Sariyah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Xavier University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
