Shai Farkash is currently a Sr. Director of Advanced Technology in iTero R&D at Align Technology, where they focus on innovative developments in dental imaging systems. Previously, Shai held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Engineering at Polycom, where they led the Israeli R&D center for video switching products, and served as the Vice President of R&D at Schema Ltd., specializing in radio network optimization. Shai also contributed significantly at IXI Mobile as General Manager and VP Engineering, overseeing the development of mobile devices. Shai earned an MBA in Technology Management & Finance and a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Mathematics from Tel Aviv University.
