Sharon Feingold

Sharon Feingold has extensive experience in executive support and employee engagement, currently serving as Executive Assistant at Align Technology since May 2022. Previously, Sharon spent nearly a decade at Omrix Biosurgery Israel, where roles included TEDxJNJ Regional Ambassador for the EMEA region, Executive Assistant to the General Manager, and Wellbeing, Engagement & Employee Experience Manager. In these positions, Sharon implemented innovative programs, managed strategic communications, and advanced employee wellbeing initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO & Co-Founder at Mobileye. Sharon holds multiple MBA degrees in Healthcare & Pharma Administration and Corporate Strategy & Innovation from Ono Academic College, along with a BA in Political Science & Communications from The Open University of Israel.
