Stephanie Espar

Stephanie Espar is currently a Senior IT Internal Audit Manager at Align Technology. They graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in May 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Law, Ethics, and Decision Making. While at university, Stephanie served as the Director of Recruitment for TAMID Indiana, organizing events and activities for the chapter. They gained hands-on experience in various roles, including Lead Barista at Toast Hotel Group, where they developed cost-reducing systems, and as an intern at BKD CPAs & Advisors, focusing on IT audits. Previously, Stephanie worked at PwC as a Tax Associate, where they automated workflows to improve efficiency in tax preparation.
