Vicky Corona

Vicky Corona is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources for large organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Align Technology since December 2020, Vicky leads the HR department for a workforce exceeding 2,400 employees, focusing on strategies to enhance HR KPIs and ensure business continuity. Prior to this role, Vicky was a Sr HR Generalist at Honeywell, where responsibilities included implementing HR initiatives across ISC/LATAM/Corporate and developing COVID-19 legal requirements in collaboration with the EHS department. Vicky holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua and has furthered education with certificates in Project Management from Ensign College and Life Skills from BYU-Pathway Worldwide.
