Xiance Wang is a dedicated material scientist and polymer chemist with over five years of laboratory experience in organic synthesis and photopolymerization. Currently serving as a Senior Materials Scientist at Align Technology since 2024, Xiance previously held the position of Materials Scientist III at the same company from 2021 to 2024. Xiance earned a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they developed advanced poly(triazole) materials and mentored lab colleagues. They began their academic pursuits with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Biology from Xiamen University.
