Alex Bazay

Alex Bazay is the CISO at Align, where they oversee the security strategy, operations, and governance of the company's global network and data, specifically within the financial industry. With over 25 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructures and security systems, Alex previously held roles at Gruss Capital Management LLP as CTO/CISO and Senior Network Engineer/Network Architect. They have also served on the board of ISACA New York Metropolitan Chapter since 2020 and were the Director of the Department of Information and Marketing at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management from 1996 to 1998. Alex holds a BA/MA in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts, graduating with honors.
