alignAfrica empowers youth, women, and persons with disabilities (PWDs) across Africa to tackle the root causes of poverty, injustice, and violence. Through local leadership and global expertise, we save lives and build resilient, inclusive futures.

Since 2009, alignAfrica has been a rights-based, locally led development organization driving sustainable change across Ethiopia and Africa. We partner with communities, INGOs, donors, foundations, and governments to address poverty, inequality, conflict, and climate shocks—focusing on youth, women, PWDs, and marginalized groups.

Our integrated programs span health, education, livelihoods, humanitarian response, peacebuilding, and climate resilience, meeting urgent needs while strengthening local systems for lasting impact.
