Monika Clifford

Monika Clifford has extensive experience in the technology and digital marketing industry. Monika currently serves as the Head of TV Solutions at Aligned Code, a position they started in May 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as an Independent Software Advisor from June 2020 to May 2021.

Monika's previous experience includes being the Head of OTT/VoD department at Big Talk, where they were responsible for setting up and leading a new line of business. During their time there from September 2019 to June 2020, they delivered high-standard OTT solutions to medium and large companies in the UK and US, helping them increase their ROI and sales. Monika also managed a team of software engineers in the OTT/VoD sphere.

Before their role at Big Talk, Monika worked as an OTT/VoD Strategic Expert at ITV from July 2018 to April 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Digital Project Manager at Tag from August 2015 to April 2018. In this role, they led integrated digital marketing campaigns and collaborated with various teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Monika Clifford earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics & Electronic Engineering from The University of Manchester, graduating in 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including "Google Project Management" from Google in February 2021, "How to Manage a Remote Team" from GitLab in June 2020, and "Sales Operations/Management Specialization" from West Virginia University in September 2019.
