Benjamin Dunn

Benjamin Dunn has a diverse work experience starting as an HVAC Installation & Commissioning Engineer at Coolbreeze FM Ltd in 2005. Benjamin then moved on to become the Managing Director at CAMS Ltd in 2009, overseeing mechanical installation projects within the Mission Critical space until 2017. After that, they served as an MEP Project Manager at Hla Services Limited from 2017 to 2018. Dunn then transitioned to various roles at Cumming Group, including MEP Cost Manager, Senior MEP Cost Manager, Senior Cost Manager, and Associate Director - Cost Management, all while managing major client accounts and pursuing pre-construction estimating, business development, and team training. Currently, they hold the position of Director - Commercial Management at Aligned Data Centers starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Dunn has demonstrated a strong focus on cost management and commercial operations within the construction industry.

Benjamin Dunn holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, and a HND in Electrical and Electrotechnical Engineering from Lincoln College (UK). Benjamin also obtained additional certifications, including LEED Green Associate from USGBC-Los Angeles and OSHA 10 from OSHA Safety Training Institute in 2021.
