David Owen

David Owen is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in managing large-scale data centers and facilities. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations East at Aligned Data Centers since July 2022, David has held various leadership roles including Sr Director of Operations and Director of Operations - SLC. Previously, David worked at FIS as Sr. Director Facilities and at Aligned where responsibilities included oversight of critical operations in Ashburn. David's earlier experience includes roles at CBRE as Facility Manager for a data center and Sr Chief Engineer at JLL, managing the operations of significant Bank of America facilities. David began a career in engineering at Miller Electric Company and completed an IBEW/NECA Joint Apprenticeship Training program along with education from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
