Jesse Mitchell has a diverse work experience, starting in the US Navy as a Naval Nuclear Power Engineering Supervisor and Staff Trainer from 2006 to 2014. After that, they worked at SolarTech Universal as an Operations Supervisor/Engineer in 2015. Subsequently, Jesse joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) in various roles from 2017 to 2022, including DCEO Engineer, Chief Engineer, and Facilities Manager. In 2023, they transitioned to NTT Global Data Centers as a CFOps Supervisor before assuming the role of Director of Operations at Aligned Data Centers in 2024.
