Michael Schaefer

Michael Schaefer has a diverse work experience in the field of critical facility operations and power reactor operation. Michael worked as a Lead Critical Facility Technician at Aligned Data Centers from 2019 to the present and as a Critical Facility Technician before that. Prior to this, they served as an Experiment Power Reactor Operator at Battelle Energy Alliance from 2014 to 2019, where they started as a Trainee. Their career began at CH2M-Washington Group Idaho in 2009 as a Control Room Operator until 2014.

Michael Schaefer attended White Pass Jr. Sr. High School from 1994 to 1998. In 2012, they began studying Environmental Management at Columbia Southern University, earning their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in 2014.
