Todd Monk, PMP®, is a seasoned professional in construction management and project controls, currently serving as Vice President of Construction at Aligned Data Centers. Over the years, Todd held several senior roles including Chief Operating Officer at Holladay Construction Group, where they achieved significant revenue growth and enhanced operational efficiency across multiple states. With an extensive background in strategic development, Todd established AWS's first Project Controls Team and developed risk management programs for projects exceeding $17 billion across the Americas. They hold an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University, and are dedicated to driving integrity and innovation within the industry.
