Namita is a qualified Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner and runs a private practice in North West London. 

Prior to setting up her practice Namita has worked in the Legal sector for nearly 15 years. 

In her practice Namita works with Children and Adults and is passionate about empowering them to make significant positive changes in their lives. She runs her practice with particular attention to stress and anxiety, anger management, unresolved negative emotions, insomnia, weight Loss and menopause. 

Namita helps her clients using a combination of hypnotherapy, relaxation skills training, NLP, standard CBT and mindfulness.
