Sanjoy Syam

Sanjoy Syam serves as Studio Director at Aligned Studios since December 2020. Previously, Sanjoy held positions as Senior Project Manager at Choudhary Consultants from July 2018 to January 2021, overseeing project phases including estimation and construction while ensuring cost and quality control. Sanjoy founded Saicons in January 1998, successfully executing over 150 civil construction projects across various sectors in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Earlier roles included Branch Head at STP Limited and Videocon Consumer Durables, where Sanjoy focused on operations management and business development. Sanjoy began a career in product management at Sonodyne in 1986 and holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from St. Edmund's College.
